CHUNICHISAI - The Middle Day Festival May 21 (Wed)

To please the Inari God, the parishioners of the Adakaya Shrine, prepare and decorate five boats along the road approaching the Shrine on which 'Kaitenma' dances from five different regions are performed in front of enthusiastic crowds.

All around people are making offerings

The sound of the Horanenya echoes through the woods of the shrine, while the splendid dances charm the onlookers.
